The Literature, Publishing & Translation Commission has launched the Literary Partner initiative to promote the idea that “Culture is a Lifestyle.” The initiative designates coffee shops as “literary partners,” and encourages them to compete for the “Best Literary Partner Award” by organizing and hosting cultural, literary and educational events.
