For the Saudi Toyota Championship 2025 Local Baja Qassim Rally, NEXT LEVEL led the operational management of the event from planning to execution. Our team oversaw every operational and technical element on site, ensuring smooth coordination across all stakeholders and compliance with the standards set by the Saudi Motorsport Company. The scope included comprehensive operational planning and setup, and direct supervision of field operations throughout the rally. We managed coordination with local authorities, marshals, and race control to maintain safety, accessibility, and efficiency across all routes.

Our responsibilities extended to overseeing branding and infrastructure implementation in accordance with guidelines, managing crew movements, and ensuring the timely deployment. In addition, NEXT LEVEL maintained full adherence to sustainability, safety, and emergency protocols, with dedicated teams providing real-time support throughout race days. Through disciplined planning, proactive communication, and on-ground precision, we contributed to delivering a seamless and memorable rally experience for participants, officials, and spectators .
