Saudi National Dishes

The Saudi National Dishes event was held as part of the Culinary Arts Commission’s initiative to introduce the dishes of Jareesh and Maqshosh locally and regionally. The event toured 13 regions around the Kingdom and attracted all segments of society, bringing the total number of visitors to more than 30,000. We were keen to present the dishes in a way that reflects their authenticity and rich heritage.

We carefully selected Saudi chefs who have won awards and medals in the field of cooking at the Kingdom level, so that visitors can enjoy an unforgettable tasting experience. The event also included outdoor sessions and games, in addition to various interactive experiences that enrich their knowledge of the dishes, which enhances awareness of local heritage.
