GPJ served as the main partner in organizing the Cisco Forum, while NEXT LEVEL was responsible for event operations and technical production.

The company delivered fully integrated management, including stage management, end-to-end event coordination, registration and attendee management, as well as organizing specialized IT panel sessions.

The forum was held over two days in Jeddah at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel, with 150 attendees. Gifts were distributed to guests, contributing to a comprehensive professional experience that reflected the quality of organization and the overall success of the event.
